Viewing Residents
Resident List: Access the main residents page to view all current residents in a table format
Individual Profiles: Click on a resident's name to view their detailed profile
Room Information: Room names/numbers are displayed for quick reference
Photos: Click "View Photo" to see resident images in a popup modal
Tip: Use the resident list to quickly find and access resident information when needed.
Adding New Residents
Creating Records:
Click the "Add new resident" button from the residents page
Fill in all required information fields
Upload a resident photo if available
Assign a room name/number
Required Information:
Resident's full name
Room assignment
Any relevant notes or special requirements
Managing Photos
Click "View Photo" to see existing resident photos
Photos can be updated through the resident's profile page
Images should be clear and recent
The system supports common image formats (JPEG, PNG)
