Important Note: Daily checks must be completed for each visitor toilet location and recorded in the system for compliance purposes.
Accessing the System
- Navigation: Access the visitor toilet daily check system from the manager dashboard
- Authentication: Ensure you have manager-level access to view and create checks
- Overview: View all recorded checks in a table format showing date, location, comments, and creator
Tip: Use the dashboard link to quickly access your recent checks and pending tasks.
Performing Daily Checks
- Location Selection:
- Choose the specific visitor toilet location from the dropdown menu
- Verify you're at the correct location before starting the check
- Inspection Points:
- Check cleanliness of all surfaces and fixtures
- Verify proper functioning of toilets and sinks
- Ensure adequate supply of consumables
- Inspect lighting and ventilation systems
Recording Check Results
- Required Information:
- Date of inspection (automatically recorded)
- Location of the facility
- Detailed comments about any issues found
- Adding Comments:
- Document any maintenance issues requiring attention
- Note any supplies that need replenishment
- Record any unusual observations or concerns

Viewing Past Checks
- Access the main visitor toilet daily check page
- View all checks in the table format
- Click on any date or location to view full details of that check
- Use the created by column to track who performed each check
Note: All checks are permanently recorded and cannot be deleted for audit purposes.

- Report urgent issues immediately to maintenance staff
