Vacant Rooms Check Guide
Overview
The Vacant Rooms Check system allows managers to maintain and review records of vacant room inspections. This guide will help you navigate and use the system effectively.
Important Note: Only users with manager permissions can access and manage vacant rooms check records.
Accessing Vacant Rooms Checks
- Navigation: Access the system through the manager dashboard
- Authentication: Ensure you are logged in with manager credentials
- Overview: View a list of all vacant rooms check reports in chronological order
Tip: Use the dashboard's quick navigation options to access the vacant rooms check section directly.
Understanding the Reports Table
- Date Column:
- Shows the date of each check in DD-MM-YYYY format
- Clicking the date opens the detailed report view
- View Column:
- Contains "View Report" links for quick access to full reports
- Opens the same detailed view as clicking the date
- Comments Column:
- Displays any comments or notes added during the check
- Provides quick overview of important findings
Viewing Detailed Reports
- Accessing Details:
- Click either the date or "View Report" link
- System will display the complete check information
- Report Information:
- Date and time of the check
- Name of the staff member who performed the check
- Detailed comments and observations
- Any follow-up actions required
Tip: Use the browser's back button or the "Go back to dashboard" link to return to the main list.
Navigation Tips
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager dashboard
- Reports are arranged with the most recent checks at the top
- All dates are clickable links for easy access to detailed information
Note: Ensure to log out of the system when finished to maintain security.
