Sluices Areas Check Guide
Overview
The Sluices Areas Check system allows managers to review and manage inspection reports for sluice areas. This guide will help you navigate and utilize the sluices check functionality effectively.
Important Note: Only users with manager privileges can access and manage sluices check reports.
Viewing Reports
- Report List: All sluices check reports are displayed in a table format with the following columns:
- Date - Shows the date of the check (DD-MM-YYYY format)
- View - Direct link to view the full report details
- Comments - Any additional notes or observations
- Accessing Reports: Click either the date or "View Report" link to see the complete check details
Tip: You can quickly scan comments to identify reports that might need immediate attention.
Report Details
- Date Information:
- Entry date is displayed in day-month-year format
- Creation timestamp is recorded automatically
- Creator Information:
- Each report shows the name of the staff member who created it
- User authentication is required for all entries
Navigation and Management
- Dashboard Access: Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager interface
- Report Organization:
- Reports are listed chronologically with the most recent first
- Each report has a unique identifier for reference
