Service Areas Check Guide
Overview
The Service Areas Check system allows managers to conduct and record regular inspections of service areas. This guide will help you create thorough and accurate inspection reports.
Important Note: All service area checks must be completed and submitted within your shift hours. Incomplete checks cannot be saved as drafts.
Accessing Service Areas Check
- Navigation: Access the Service Areas Check section from your manager dashboard
- Authentication: Ensure you're logged in with manager-level access
- Previous Reports: View past reports by selecting dates from the main overview page
Tip: Bookmark the Service Areas Check page for quick access during your shifts.
Conducting the Check
- Check Components:
- Review all designated service areas systematically
- Document any issues or concerns found
- Take photos of areas requiring attention
- Recording Findings:
- Fill out all required fields in the check form
- Add detailed comments for any issues identified
- Rate each area's condition using the provided scale
Adding Comments
- Provide clear, specific descriptions of any issues found
- Include locations and severity of problems
- Note any immediate actions taken
- Recommend follow-up actions if needed
Tip: Use specific, actionable language in your comments to ensure clear communication with other staff members.
Viewing Reports
- Access the reports overview page to see all past checks
- Click on specific dates to view detailed reports
- Use the search function to find specific check reports
- Export reports as needed for documentation
Note: Reports cannot be edited after submission. Ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
