Repairs Management Guide

Overview

The Repairs Management system allows managers to track and manage repair requests across locations. This guide will help you effectively use the repairs tracking system.

Important Note: All repair entries must include a location and description. Incomplete entries cannot be submitted.

Tip: Click on the date or location to view detailed information about specific repairs.

Creating New Repairs

Dashboard Navigation

  1. Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager dashboard
  2. Click "Add new repair" to create a new repair entry
  3. Sort repairs by clicking on column headers
  4. Use the search function to find specific repairs
Note: Only managers have access to create and modify repair entries.
