Nurse Call Check Guide
Overview
The Nurse Call Check system allows managers to review and monitor nurse call system checks. This guide explains how to view and manage nurse call check reports.
Important Note: Only users with manager privileges can access and view nurse call check reports.
Accessing Nurse Call Checks
- View Reports: Click on any date or "View Report" link to see the detailed check for that day
- Navigation: Use the dashboard button to return to the main manager interface
Tip: Reports are organized by date for easy reference and tracking.
Understanding Report Details
- Date Information:
- Reports are displayed in reverse chronological order
- Dates are formatted as DD-MM-YYYY
- Each date is clickable and links to the full report
- Report Components:
- Comments section containing check details
- Name of staff member who created the report
- Entry date and time information
Report Navigation
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager interface
- Click on any report date to view the complete details
- Reports can be viewed multiple times as needed
Tip: Regularly reviewing nurse call checks helps maintain system reliability and staff accountability.
System Access
- Log in with your manager credentials
- Navigate to the Nurse Call Checks section
- Select the desired report date
- Review the complete check information
Note: If you cannot access the system, verify your manager privileges are active and contact IT support if needed.
