Important Note: All journal entries are stored securely and cannot be permanently deleted, only archived, to maintain accurate work records.
Accessing Journal Entries
View All Entries: The main journal page displays all entries in a table format with date, login time, logout time, and entry summary.
Individual Entry Review: Click on either the date or entry summary to view the complete details of any journal entry.
Sorting and Filtering: Use the table headers to sort entries by date, login time, or employee name.
Tip: You can quickly scan recent entries by sorting the date column in descending order.

Time Information:
Verify clock-in and clock-out times
Check for any unusual patterns or discrepancies
Review total hours worked
Work Activities:
Review detailed work descriptions
Check attached images if available
Verify task completions and progress
Managing Work Lines
Standard Work Lines: Review and manage the list of standard work lines available to your team
Adding New Templates: Create new standard work lines for common tasks
Removing Outdated Items: Archive or remove obsolete work line templates
Tip: Regularly review and update standard work lines to improve efficiency and accuracy of entries.
