Accessing First Aid Audits
- View Existing Audits: Access the complete history of first aid audits, including dates, scores, and who completed them
- Create New Audit: Start a new audit using the standardized assessment form
Tip: Review previous audits before starting a new one to track ongoing issues or improvements.
Conducting an Audit
- Initial Setup:
- Select the date of the audit
- Enter your name as the auditor
- Verify you have access to all required areas
- Assessment Areas:
- First aid kit contents and expiration dates
- Accessibility of first aid equipment
- Signage and emergency contact information
- Documentation and incident reports
Scoring System
- Each section is scored based on compliance level
- Total score is calculated as a percentage
- Scores below 80% require immediate attention
- Include detailed notes for any non-compliant items

Submitting the Audit
- Review all sections for completeness
