Drains Check Guide
Overview
The Drains Check system allows managers to review and manage drainage system inspections. This guide will help you navigate and use the drains check features effectively.
Important Note: Only users with manager permissions can access and manage drains check reports.
Accessing Drains Checks
- Navigation: Access drains checks from the manager dashboard using the designated link
- View Reports: Click on any date or "View Report" link to see detailed inspection information
- Sort Entries: Use column headers to sort entries by date or other criteria
Tip: Bookmark the drains check page for quick access to recent inspections.
Understanding the Reports List
- Date Column: Shows the inspection date in DD-MM-YYYY format
- View Column: Contains direct links to detailed reports
- Comments Column: Displays any notes or observations from the inspection
Viewing Detailed Reports
- Report Information:
- Inspection date and time
- Inspector's name and ID
- Detailed comments and observations
- Any noted issues or concerns
- Navigation:
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main view
- Access previous reports through the main list
Managing Reports
- Reviewing Reports:
- Regular review of reports is recommended for maintenance tracking
- Pay special attention to any noted issues or concerns
- Follow up on any maintenance requirements identified
- Documentation:
- All reports are permanently stored in the system
- Reports can be referenced for maintenance planning
