Important Note: Only users with manager-level access can view and manage decontamination checks.

Accessing Decontamination Checks

Navigation: Access the system through the manager dashboard
Authentication: Ensure you are logged in with manager credentials
View Reports: Click on any date or "View Report" link to see detailed information

Tip: You can quickly return to the dashboard using the "Go back to dashboard" button at any time.

Understanding the Report List

Date Column: Shows the date of each decontamination check in DD-MM-YYYY format
View Column: Contains direct links to view individual reports
Comments Column: Displays any additional notes or observations made during the check

Tip: Click on either the date or "View Report" link to access the same detailed report.

Viewing Detailed Reports

Report Details:
- Entry date and time
- Name of staff member who performed the check
- Detailed comments and observations
Navigation:
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main view
- Access other reports directly from the main list
