The Communal Areas Check system allows managers to record and review inspections of shared spaces. This guide will help you navigate the system effectively and create detailed check reports.

Important Note: Only users with manager access can create and view communal areas check reports.

Accessing Reports

Report Management

  1. Review all information for accuracy before submission
  2. Submit the report to save it to the system

Note: All submitted reports are permanently stored and can be referenced at any time through the manager interface.
