Calorifier Check Guide
Overview
The Calorifier Check system allows managers to view and manage calorifier inspection reports. This guide will help you navigate and use the system effectively.
Important Note: Only users with manager permissions can access and view calorifier check reports.
Accessing Calorifier Checks
- View Reports: Click on either the date link or "View Report" button to access detailed information about specific checks
- Date Format: All dates are displayed in DD-MM-YYYY format for consistency
Tip: Use the dashboard link to quickly return to the main manager interface at any time.
Understanding the Reports Table
- Date Column: Shows when the check was performed
- Link Column: Provides direct access to the full report
- Comments Column: Displays any additional notes or observations made during the check
Tip: Click on any column header to sort the table by that column's values.
Report Details
- Created By: Each report shows which user performed the check
- Entry Date: The exact date when the check was performed
- Comments: Important observations or notes about the check
System Navigation
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager interface
- Click on any date or "View Report" link to see the full details of a specific check
- Review comments for any important notes about the calorifier system
Note: Always ensure you have the proper permissions before attempting to access the system.
