Important Note: Only users with manager access can view and manage bedroom daily checks. Ensure you have the correct permissions before proceeding.
Accessing Bedroom Checks
- Navigation: Access the bedroom checks through the manager dashboard
- View Permissions: Verify you have manager-level access to view the records
- Date Format: All dates are displayed in DD-MM-YYYY format for consistency
Tip: You can click on any date or room name in the list to view detailed information about that specific check.
Understanding the Check List
- Column Information:
- Date: When the check was performed
- Room Name/Number: Identifier for the specific room
- Comments: Any notes or observations made during the check
- Created By: Name of the staff member who performed the check
- Sorting and Organization:
- Checks are typically displayed in chronological order
- Each entry is linked to its detailed view
- Comments provide quick insight into room status
Viewing Detailed Records
- Click on any date or room name to access the complete check details
- Review specific observations and notes made during the inspection
- Access historical records for tracking room maintenance patterns
