Assisted Bathroom Check Guide
Overview
The Assisted Bathroom Check system allows managers to view and monitor bathroom check records across different locations. This guide will help you navigate and use the system effectively.
Important Note: Only users with manager permissions can access and view these records.
Accessing Records
- View All Records: The main page displays a table with all bathroom check entries, including:
- Date of the check (formatted as DD-MM-YYYY)
- Location of the bathroom
- Comments or notes from the check
- Sorting and Navigation: Click on column headers to sort entries by date, location, or other fields
Tip: Click on any date or location to view the full details of that specific check.
Viewing Detailed Records
- Accessing Details:
- Click on any entry's date or location to view the complete record
- Detailed view shows all information about the check
- View who created the entry and when it was submitted
- Navigation:
- Use the "Go back to dashboard" button to return to the main manager dashboard
- Use browser back button to return to the list of checks
Understanding the Records
- Date: Shows when the check was performed
- Location: Indicates which bathroom was checked
- Comments: Contains any notes or observations made during the check
- Created By: Shows the name of the staff member who performed the check
Tip: Regular review of these records helps maintain facility standards and identify any recurring issues.
Best Practices
- Review records regularly to ensure all locations are being checked appropriately
- Pay attention to any comments that might indicate needed maintenance or supplies
- Follow up on any concerning comments or observations promptly
- Use the dashboard to maintain an overview of all facility checks
