Showerhead Cleaning Check Guide

Overview

The Showerhead Cleaning Check system allows you to record quarterly inspections of showerhead cleaning and descaling. This guide will help you create accurate and compliant check entries.

Important Note: Checks must be completed within the current quarter and cannot be backdated more than 14 days.

Date Selection

Inspection Date (Required): Select the date when the inspection was performed
Date Restrictions: Cannot be more than 14 days in the past or any future date

Tip: The system automatically shows you which months are included in the current quarter.

Completing the Check

Main Question: Confirm whether all showerheads have been cleaned and descaled for the current quarter
Response Options:
- "Yes" - All showerheads have been properly cleaned and descaled
- "No" - One or more showerheads require attention

Note: If selecting "No", you must provide details in the comments section about which showerheads need attention.

Adding Comments

Required for Issues: Detail any defects found during inspection
Corrective Actions: Document any immediate actions taken
Optional for Passes: Comments can be left blank if all showerheads pass inspection

Tip: Be specific when describing locations and issues to ensure proper follow-up.

Verification and Submission

Review all entered information for accuracy
Check the confirmation box to verify the records are true and correct
Click the "Create Showerhead Cleaning Check" button to submit

Note: The submit button will remain disabled until you check the confirmation box.

After Submission

Your name will be automatically recorded as the inspector
The check will be saved to the system with a timestamp
You will be redirected to the showerhead cleaning checks overview page
