Nurse Call Check Guide

Getting Started

The Nurse Call Check system allows you to systematically verify the functionality of nurse call equipment in all rooms. This guide will help you complete thorough and accurate inspections.

Important Note: All rooms must be checked before you can submit the inspection. Your progress is automatically saved, allowing you to complete the checks over multiple sessions if needed.

Required Checks

For each room, you must verify the following equipment:

Tip: Use the "Select All" checkbox at the top of the form to quickly mark all rooms as checked once you've completed your inspection.

Tip: Be specific when describing issues to help maintenance team follow up effectively.

Submitting Your Inspection

  1. Enter the date of inspection (must be within the last 14 days)
  2. Verify all rooms have been checked
  3. Add any necessary comments about defects or required actions
  4. Check the confirmation box to verify the records are true and correct
  5. Click the "Create Vacant Rooms Flush Check" button to submit
Note: The submission button will remain disabled until you check the confirmation box and all rooms have been inspected.

Automatic Saving

The system automatically saves your progress as you work:

Tip: While progress is saved automatically, the final inspection report isn't generated until you complete all checks and submit the form.
