Maintenance Overview Guide
Introduction
The Maintenance Overview system provides a comprehensive view of all maintenance logs and their completion status throughout the year. This guide will help you understand and navigate the overview effectively.
Important Note: The overview displays both monthly calendar view and weekly completion status for all maintenance tasks.
Calendar Navigation
- Monthly View: The calendar at the top shows daily maintenance activities
- Navigation Controls:
- Use "Previous" and "Next" buttons to move between months
- The current month and year are displayed in the center
- Calendar automatically updates when navigating
Tip: The calendar has a built-in delay to prevent rapid clicking and ensure smooth navigation.
Maintenance Logs Table
- Weekly Overview:
- Displays all maintenance tasks in rows
- Shows completion status for all 52 weeks of the year
- Green checkmarks indicate completed tasks
- Red X marks indicate incomplete tasks
- Available Logs:
- Bedroom Check
- Other Room Check
- Assisted Bathroom Check
- Sluice Room Check
- Fire System Check
- Health & Safety Check
- Vacant Rooms Flush
- Nurse Call Check
- Wheelchair Visual Check
- Emergency Lights Check
- Drains Check
- Calorifier Check
Accessing Individual Logs
- Click on any log name to access its detailed entry page
- Click on green checkmarks to view completed entries
- All logs are accessible regardless of completion status
Tip: On mobile devices, scroll horizontally to view all weeks in the table.
Best Practices
- Regularly review the overview to ensure all maintenance tasks are up to date
- Use the calendar view for daily tracking
- Use the weekly table for longer-term planning and compliance tracking
- Keep maintenance logs current to maintain accurate overview status
Note: The overview automatically updates when new maintenance logs are submitted in the system.
