Calorifier Check Guide
Getting Started
The Calorifier Check system allows you to record and monitor water temperature readings for both hot and chilled water systems. This guide will help you create accurate and detailed check entries.
Important Note: Checks must be completed within the last 14 days. You cannot create entries for dates more than 14 days in the past.
Recording Date
- Entry Date (Required): Select the date of inspection using the date picker
- The date must be between today and 14 days ago
Tip: Always ensure you're recording the correct date as this cannot be modified later.
Temperature Readings
- Hot Water System:
- Record the flow temperature in degrees Celsius
- Record the return temperature in degrees Celsius
- Chilled Water System:
- Record the flow temperature in degrees Celsius
- Record the return temperature in degrees Celsius
Note: All temperature readings are required fields and must be completed accurately.
Adding Comments
- Use the comments section to record any additional observations
- Document any defects found during the inspection
- Note any corrective actions taken or required
- Comments are optional if no issues are found
Tip: Be specific when describing issues to help with future maintenance tracking.
Submitting Your Check
- Review all temperature readings for accuracy
- Add any necessary comments about defects or required actions
- Check the confirmation box to verify the records are true and correct
- Click the "Create Calorifier Check" button to submit
Note: The submit button will remain disabled until you check the confirmation box verifying the accuracy of your records.
After Submission
- Your name and timestamp will be automatically recorded
- You'll be redirected to the calorifier checks overview page
- The system will display a success message to confirm submission
Tip: Always verify your submission appears in the overview page to ensure it was recorded successfully.
