The Kitchen Weekly Check system helps maintain kitchen standards and track regular inspections. This guide will help you create and manage kitchen weekly check reports effectively.
Important Note: Weekly checks should be completed at the same time each week to maintain consistency in reporting.
Accessing Kitchen Weekly Checks
- View Reports: Access all previous weekly check reports from the main dashboard
- Create New Check: Use the "Add new kitchen weekly check" button to start a new report
- Navigation: Return to the kitchen dashboard using the "Go back to dashboard" option
Tip: Review recent reports before creating a new one to track ongoing issues or improvements.
Creating a New Check Report
- Date Selection:
- The system automatically records the current date
- Ensure you're creating the check on the correct day
- Comments Section:
- Document any issues or concerns found during inspection
- Note any maintenance requirements
- Record completed improvements or fixes
Report Details
- Required Information:
- Date of inspection
- Inspector's name (automatically recorded)
- Comments or observations
- Optional Information:
- Follow-up actions needed
- References to previous issues
- Recommendations for improvement

Viewing Reports
- Click on the date or "View Report" link to access detailed information
- Reports display:
- Date of check
- Inspector's name
- Detailed comments
- Any recorded issues or follow-up items

- Complete checks thoroughly and consistently

- Follow up on previous issues
- Maintain clear and professional language in reports
Note: All submitted reports are permanently stored and can be accessed for future reference.
