Important Note: All checks must be completed daily and include accurate location information and any relevant comments about the facility's condition.
Creating a New Check
- Location (Required): Select or enter the specific toilet location being checked
- Date: The system automatically records the current date for the check
- Comments: Document any issues, maintenance needs, or special cleaning performed
Tip: Be specific in your comments about any problems found to help maintenance track recurring issues.
Check Requirements
- Cleanliness Inspection:
- Floor condition and cleanliness
- Toilet and sink functionality
- Paper towel and toilet paper stock
- Soap dispenser levels
- Overall sanitation status
- Safety Checks:
- Proper lighting functionality
- Non-slip surface condition
- Door lock operation
- Emergency pull cord accessibility
Viewing Check History
- Access previous checks from the main dashboard
- Filter checks by date or location
- Review comments and created by information
- Track patterns or recurring issues
Tip: Regular review of check history helps identify maintenance patterns and improve facility upkeep.
Submitting the Check
- Verify all required fields are completed
- Review entered information for accuracy
- Submit the check to save it to the system
Note: After submission, you'll be redirected to the overview page where you can view all completed checks.
