Kitchen First Aid Box Audit Guide
Getting Started
The Kitchen First Aid Box Audit system helps ensure all first aid supplies are properly stocked and maintained. This guide will help you complete accurate monthly audits.
Important Note: Audits must be completed within the last 14 days. Future dates are not permitted.
Basic Information
- Date Selection: Choose the inspection date using the date picker
- Month Selection: Select the month being audited from the dropdown menu
Tip: Always verify the correct month is selected before proceeding with the audit.
Inventory Checklist
- Required Items:
- Leaflet guidance and content list
- Various sterile dressings (medium, large, eye pad, finger)
- Triangular bandages and conforming bandages
- Sterile adhesive dressings (plasters)
- Safety equipment (gloves, face shield)
- Emergency items (foil blanket, burns dressing)
- Checking Items:
- Compare actual quantities against required amounts
- Select "Yes" if quantity matches or exceeds requirement
- Select "No" if quantity is below requirement
Adding Comments
- Use the comments section to note any discrepancies
- Document any items that need immediate replacement
- Record any issues with item quality or expiration dates
Tip: Detailed comments help maintain accurate records and ensure proper follow-up.
Submitting the Audit
- Review all entries for accuracy
- Check the confirmation box to verify information
- Click "Create Audit Kitchen" to submit
Note: The submit button remains disabled until you check the confirmation box.
