Getting Started
The First Aid Box Audit system helps ensure compliance with safety standards across all first aid stations in your facility. This guide explains how to complete accurate and thorough audits.
Important Note: All sections of the audit must be completed in one session. Your progress cannot be saved as a draft.
Basic Information
- Home Name: Enter the full facility name
- Date: Select the audit date using the calendar picker
- Completed By: Enter the full name of the person conducting the audit
Audit Sections
- First Aid Box Contents (7 questions)
- Focuses on box locations and general accessibility
- Covers notice displays and team awareness
- Includes eye wash station requirements
- Clinic Rooms (7 questions)
- Evaluates monthly checks and documentation
- Reviews contents list and guidance materials
- Checks expiration dates and item replacement
- Kitchen (7 questions)
- Assesses accessibility and monthly checks
- Verifies proper documentation and guidance
- Confirms no unauthorized items are stored
Tip: For each question, select either "Standard Met," "Standard Not Met," or "N/A" based on your inspection.
Scoring System
- Maximum Score: 7 points per section (21 total)
- Possible Score: Total questions minus N/A responses
- Actual Score: Number of "Standard Met" responses
- Percentage: Automatically calculated (Actual/Possible × 100)
Tip: Use arrow keys or tab to move between score fields. The system will automatically validate entries and calculate percentages.
Comments Section
- Document any specific issues or concerns found during the audit
- Note any corrective actions already taken or required
- Highlight any exceptional practices observed
Note: If no comments are entered, the system will automatically record "No comments entered"
Review Process
- General Manager Review: Required after submission
- Director Review: Final approval step
Important: The review section must be manually signed after the audit is submitted. Electronic signatures are not accepted.
