Clinic Room Audit Guide
Getting Started
The Clinic Room Audit system helps ensure that all medical supplies are properly stocked and maintained. This guide will help you complete accurate monthly audits.
Important Note: Audits must be completed within the last 14 days of the current date. You cannot backdate an audit beyond this period.
Basic Information
- Date of Inspection: Select the current date or a date within the past 14 days
- Month Selection: Choose the month for which you're conducting the audit
Tip: Always verify the correct month is selected before proceeding with the audit.
Required Item Checklist
- Guidance Materials:
- Leaflet guidance (Quantity: 1)
- Content list (Quantity: 1)
- Dressings and Bandages:
- Medium sterile dressing (Quantity: 12)
- Large sterile dressing (Quantity: 4)
- Triangular bandage (Quantity: 8)
- Eye pad sterile dressing (Quantity: 6)
- Sterile adhesive dressings/plasters (Quantity: 60)
- Other Supplies:
- Alcohol-free moist cleaning wipes (Quantity: 20)
- Nitrile disposable gloves (Quantity: 3 pairs)
- Metal safety pins (Quantity: 12)
Completing the Audit
- Yes/No Responses: For each item, indicate whether the required quantity is present
- Comments Section: Use this to note any discrepancies, missing items, or additional observations
- Verification: Your name will be automatically recorded as the auditor
Note: You must check the confirmation box to certify that all records are true and correct before submission.
Submitting the Audit
- Review all entries for accuracy
- Add any necessary comments about stock levels or concerns
- Check the confirmation box
- Click "Create Audit Clinic Room" to submit
Tip: After submission, your audit will be stored in the system for future reference and compliance tracking.
