Overview
The Bedroom Weekly Check system helps maintain quality standards across all rooms. This guide explains how to properly conduct and record weekly bedroom inspections.
Important: Weekly checks must be completed for each room, even if the room is currently unoccupied.
Starting a New Check
- Room Identification: Enter the room name or number from the provided dropdown menu
- Date: The current date will be automatically recorded
- Inspector Details: Your name will be automatically logged as the inspector
Tip: Always verify you've selected the correct room before proceeding with the inspection.
Inspection Points
- Room Condition Check:
- Walls and ceiling condition
- Floor and carpet status
- Window functionality and cleanliness
- Furniture condition and placement
- Safety Features:
- Smoke detector functionality
- Emergency information visibility
- Window locks and security
- Amenities Verification:
- Lighting fixtures
- Heating/cooling systems
- Required room furnishings
Recording Issues
- Use the comments section to detail any problems found
- Be specific about the location and nature of issues
- Mark urgent issues that need immediate attention
Note: Report any safety concerns immediately to maintenance staff.
Submitting the Check
- Review all inspection points for completeness
- Verify all comments are clear and accurate
- Submit the form using the 'Save Check' button
